What can I do to keep my system running properly?
Maintaining your equipment is the single most important thing you can do as a homeowner. Not only will it prolong the life of your equipment and keep it operating efficiently, but it also may help decrease the cost of any future repairs or prevent you from spending the night bitter cold or hot and humid, by catching potential problems early. Also, it will keep your family safer because we check for dangerous carbon monoxide leaks. Every day we ask our heating and cooling system to keep our homes comfortable, yet it is the last thing we think about to keep serviced. As a homeowner, it is your job to replace or clean the air filter and to schedule a qualified service company to clean your system and to check that it is working properly as specified in your systems owner's manual. Just as you schedule oil changes for your vehicle, you should schedule clean and safety checks for your heating and cooling system. See our information about Service Contracts so you don't have to remember to have your system checked.

What is a Service Contract?
We offer annual service contracts for your heating and/or cooling system, no matter if you have gas or oil heat, furnace, boiler, or heat pump. By purchasing a contract for your system, we will call you in the spring to schedule the check of your cooling system and in the fall to check your heating system. Not only will your system be working properly for the season that will demand so much of it, but you do not have to remember to call and schedule it. Even better you will save money by keeping the system working at its peak efficiency. The cost of a single clean and check is $159+ tax for a forced air gas furnace or central air. Hybrid, oil, and boiler heat are extra. If you purchase the annual service contract it is $218 + tax for a forced air gas furnace and central air. Plus you get 15% off for the whole contract period for any repair including parts, labor and dispatch fees.
You can see a copy of the Contract in PDF format and can fill it out online, print it off and send it to our office if you are interested in a service contract.
